ClickCash does not Support Zango Traffic.

First of all I am just an affiliate for their company. I do not own clickcash, I do not work there. This is not an "offical" ClickCash press release or anything of the sorts, just my own words on the issue.

When this problem came about they were the first ones I talked to. I have had a GREAT relationship with them over the last 5 years. It has been a very profitable relationship for both of us and we value each other on a business and personal level.

When they told me they were working on it I believed them. I know they were working on this from several different ways. I didn't not expect Lars and AFF to understand this or anyone else here that does not do business with them to understand this. Even those of you who do not do business with clickcash or do not like them for that matter knows they take complaints seriously and will invistigate and shut down account using shaddy tactics. Obviously there was a reason why the scumware accounts weren't shut down day one. This wasn't like someone was doing email spam and they just yank the plug, this was something new to them. Instead of just terminating the account, they were investigating this and looking for a long term solution to a new problem for them.

With that said, .... All clickcash accounts using zango/scumware have been terminated. If you find anyone using ifriends/clickcash on zango etc.. please clickcash the screen shots and copy the info in the cookie and send it to them. This is not going to be open season for bogus complaints, so don't even try to make complaints about the guy who is out biding you on adwards because you want him out of your way. They will investigate every complaint inside and out to determine if it is legit or not and I think it will be easy to tell which is legit and which is bogus.

http://www.teamclickcash.com/zango/i..._zango_TOS.jpg

Also take notice on the browser on the TOS page. Even though Clickcash is doing everything it can to stop scumware and help all of us (name another sponsor who has shut down accounts for doing this?) On the browser of the damn TOS page, AFF is still advertisering there. This pathetic. Clickcash shuts down the person, and AFF is still doing their part.

BTW. Once the clickcash account is TOS'ed, their cookie will not be set. For those of you who promote clickcash, if the idiot using clickcash on zango doesn't notice this right away, it wont hurt you. It isn't like his cookie is still being set and going over you yours and his account is still getting the sale. That wouldn't be cool either, then his account would get the sale, which in that case he doesn't get paid for being TOS'ed and ClickCash keeps your money. I am sure ClickCash could have set the programming up this way, but they did not. They make sure when a person is TOS'ed his cookie is not set. In this case your sufer would close the TOS window and continue on to yoursite and only your cookie would have been set, therefore you still make the sale.

If anyone has any questions please feel free to contact me.

This was never about Will76 vs Lars. This has always been about me vs Scumware. ClickCash has been working with me since day 1 on this, they have been very responsive and understanding to my concerns and the damage this could do to all of us. However I could not always post the details of what they were working on and what they were doing. Unfortunetly some of you jumped on the Lars bandwagon that I was a hypocrite. Thats fine, call me what you want. At the end of the day I want scumware gone, i don't care if i am leading the charge or not involved at all, end result, I want it to stop taking money from me.

Nice stuff. I knew lars had nothing and was just rubbing it in trying to pass the buck. Time he grew up.

Duh... you can't figure that out for yourself? Get the affiliate ID numbers and report them. Will told you how to do it.

Did you read his post, jackass?

lucky1 11-17-2006 01:40 PM

Well that is a step in the right direction.

At least there has been some sort of action taken by ifriends and Will delivered some answers.

Unfortunately there has been no response to my questions from AFF.

Never checked yet Will, but may be a clue if WebPower added a clause in their Clickcash TOS to cover issues such as the use of Zango "tools" :thumbsup

once again... Lars has been...

ZANG0WN3D

OzMan 11-17-2006 02:55 PM

Confirming what Will said, I just got an iFriends popup on Zango. Account had been termed and my cookie was not overwritten. :thumbsup :thumbsup

ok everyone nothing to see here, so go back to bashing Lars er I mean back to business.

I think Smokey summed it up quite well and even though Clickcash dropped Zango, unfortunately I pretty much agree with his gloomy forecast for the future of stuff like Zango but hopefully we will be proven wrong.

hey i respect lars too , but that doesnt mean just because you like/admire someone doesn't mean they do no wrong.. nor does it make will76 the bad guy for being the one with enough balls to say something about it..

will76 may come off as a bit of a drama queen but sometimes you gotta shout to be heard.. ( obviously at some point its no longer ballsy and just annoying but hey thats just my opinion. )

Do i think lars is the devil for buying into zango ? no
but by the same token i dont think will76 is the devil for making it a crusade for him ..

but screw the drama and lets get back to business .. if this is the new NORM for adult then lets be building some spyware folks..

If anything this zango this is a sounding horn to the adult industry thats its ok to use spyware to promote adult sites... not exactly the trend i wanted to see but i can live with it

thank you for confirming it. Not everyone here has zango installed and I wouldn't want them to take my word for it. Some might think I photo shoped the image. We all know what my "word" is worth these days......

Troels 11-17-2006 03:04 PM

Good to see they won't sponsor that shit.

Probably won't change a thing with adult friend finder who continue to skim signups from hard working webmasters through their support of zango.

Does adult friend finder buy traffic from other scumware programs? If so, the admitted signup-shave is probably even higher.

Their TOS was updated very recently :winkwink:

StatsJunky 11-17-2006 03:30 PM

Nice Job Ifriends and Will for bringing it to their attention. Now we just need the other so called legendary cam programs to step and do the same.

polle54 11-17-2006 03:30 PM

well that was the least you can do, but how come they first react now?

Nice to see Clickcash stepping up to the plate to help put a stop to this bullshit which is something you'll never see Lars do!

will76 11-17-2006 04:37 PM

it is amazing how quite everyone is. All of those people posting in the last 12 hours how I am a hypocrite, Clickcash is doing nothing. All those sheep that were hanging off of every word that Lars was saying...

low and behold. ClickCash really was working on it and now these people can see this with their own eyes instead of taking my word for it.

Where are all these people now ???

stev0 11-17-2006 04:49 PM

That screen shot is awsome :)

chodadog 11-17-2006 04:52 PM

That's great. Hope other sponsors will follow in ClickCash's footsteps on this issue. Zango has become a scurge on this industry.

HighSociety 11-17-2006 04:55 PM

thanks for the info

Yeap. nice to see zango at the bottom and T-O-S on the page.

Too bad that AFF is still on the same page. Did anyone else notice that ?

Hammer 11-17-2006 05:53 PM

I don't get it. XXXJay says Lars is a good guy cause he buys him drinks and talks to him at shows. Isn't that the criteria everyone uses to determine if a guy is an honest businessman?

tony286 11-17-2006 06:01 PM

great thread will :)

dirtbox 11-17-2006 06:11 PM

This is awesome. You put your money where you mouth is. You rock Will!
