For those of you who sell ad space on your sites...

Does anyone know where I can find a template for a banner ad contract?

Obviously, I am the publisher, and I just need to find a very simple 1 or 2 page template for a banner ad contract with an advertiser. I have a legal dept I can send it through for the nitty gritty, but if someone can direct me somewhere, or send me a template, it would be greatly appreciated and I would send you some traffic from my site via a banner. Eroticy.com get about 20mm page views a month, so it could be very attractive for you.

ps-I also do banner swaps if anyone is interested. no crazy skimming scripts, just comparable banner size and positions swap with a site
