Per the ClickCash UCE policy (which you agree to when you sign the T&C), ClickCash does not allow abusive tactics to be used to market the ClickCash/iFriends programs.

Abusive tactics is very vague. An exit window can be seen as abusive since it wasn't requested for example.

i asked specifically about zango in the email so i take the response as saying that they wont accept traffic from sources like that.

ClickCash does not accept zango or any other scumware traffic. If you see someone using it take a screen shot and get the cookie info and send it to them or let me know and I will pass it along.
