Masked man takes school kids hostage?

The BBC is saying a masked man has taken school kids and teachers hostage in Germany but has little other info. Anyone in Germany have a better idea of the story?

There is a guy having some hostages in a school in "nordrhein-westfalen"

a few shots have been heared and police says some kids got hurt.

It's a 18 year old former student from the same school.
