Using MacBook Pro to edit High Def vids

I want to know how to encode my video for the web after editing them in final cut pro hd .. using a mac what do i use to encode the file from final cut pro for the web any good and easy programs out there all my movies are in HD

there are lots of good tutorials there. I also know of the program Media Cleaner or maybe its called Cleaner Pro... its quite expensive though. You might be able to hire someone to do video encoding for you
