Sponsors that host blogs.......Do such sponsors exist?

I am not talking about free adult blogs such as

thumblogger or xlogz...

I am looking for sponsors who can offer me blogs that i can optimize

and work on that are directly linked to the sponsor...

I've never seen that.. wouldn't you use the RSS? Maybe I don't understand what you are looking for...
