Help me remember: Script for selling traffic, maybe a broker script, what's the name?
 

A while a go I came a accross a script for selling traffic which also could be used for buying traffic.
Which actually makes it a broker script.

I don't remember the script's name or domain.
I think the script was written in C and they used blue on the website's design.

It was modules, buy module, sell module and broker module or something like that.

Can any help me out or suggest alternatives?

I don't want a custom script.
