is it legal to ship alcohol to the usa???
 

if got a friend in the usa who can't get the desired bottle of alcohol he wants without great trouble.

it's absinth and i can get it here in germany easily.

so is it legal to ship a bottle of absinth to the usa?

i've heard something about routing it through England because of some old grandfather law / agreement...

hell in some states its illegal to cross state lines with alcohol.

I had never drank Absynth before until this past weekend with a bunch of English guys here in Thailand. After drinking it I broke up with my girlfriend at the time and ended up fucking her good friend that night. Her friend is sleepin in my bed now, so she was a keeper thank god.

I am in Canada and I called U.S. Customs about this once. Their answer was a very cold NO. However there are plenty of American websites that will ship booze domestically.
