Another n00bie
Hi All,
Just starting out in the business and probably will have to begin at the bottom of the food chain. I have some pretty reasonable skills in using Linux and can construct basic pages in HTML. However, I note that many programs like Ruby on Rails, MAMBO and Wordpress take a lot of the effort out in formatting the same sort of page - so I'll hopefully learn to use these to make a start in TGP pages and then move on from there. I'm in Seoul in South Korea, so I can enjoy the benefits of living in a country where people spend most of their spare time online (ie. very fast internet) :) There also seem to be a heap of programs to join, but do most people use arrangements like ePassporte to receive affiliate payouts (ie. not Paypal)? If so, is just ePassporte's virtual visa sufficient? I think I have a pretty decent view from my apartment, so I'll post that up soon on that thread. Cheers transcendal_loop |
Welcome to the board,
I use epassporte and I have no complaints, With my Visa Electron I can get my money at any ATM with the Visa logo on it. Good luck in the business |

Hi and welcome to GFY
|
Welcome to the board, transcendal. epassporte does the job for me, and i've never had a problem. Good luck
|
Thanks for the welcome guys.
So I take it that if you're starting off with free galleries, ePassporte is the way to go. Once you set up your first gallery, should you be aiming to submit it to as many TGPs/MGPs as possible, or should you design many different galleries and then focus on only a few TGPs/MGPs? Is there any easier way to do this than manually by hand? TL |
starting with TGP is not good idea...what about blogs?
|
welcome aboard.....

It would seem to me that most surfers are seeking a quick fix and would prefer to see 10 to 20 pictures in a gallery rather than 1 or 2 and some text in a blog. I think this might go similar reasons for the failure of TGP2 style galleries. However, I'm keen to hear other opinions... |
Hey, keep us updated on the whereabouts of your site. Do you have a domain yet and a page that we can view?

Welcome to GYF. Good luck!
If you're interested in starting a blog you should probably read http://www.gofuckyourself.com/showthread.php?t=684514 if you haven't already. It's a nice little primer. A blog doesn't have an advantage over TGP but it's a little easier to make it stand out over a TGP because usually they have larger images and some descriptive text to go along with the babes/dudes/acts. Usually less skimming going on too. Good luck. |

I'm hoping to design a high quality TGP with a focus on high resolution images and movies. Will let you know when it comes together. TL |

puredigitalsluts.com flipflopsluts.com There's nothing there at the moment, but was wondering what you guys thought of the names? I think the first will make a good general TGP and the second will be good as a niche foot fetish site. TL |
why do you think making general TGP is the best way to start? What kind of niche foot fetish site are thinking of?

Hi...welcome to the boards of GFY...
Hope you will enjoy your stay here..Gfy... Cheers |
Welcome to GFY

This, however, would be only one aspect of what I'm hoping to try out. The puredigitalsluts domain could be developed in other ways apart from a general TGP. TL |
Welcome here! :winkwink:
