Um..why not do what ever one ELSE on Ebay does? Offer it to the 2nd highest bidder if the highest bidder falls through. I mean, the DIFFERENCE in their bid and mine is a WHOPPING FIVE DOLLARS.

Because he's actually hoping the winner will not buy. He hoped to get ALOT more than $310.

Actually if the top bid falls through you should get it for $300, since all the other bids woulnt count,

I'm starting to..the reason is that he wouldn't even respond to an email I sent to him DURING the bidding. And yeah..almost everyone makes an offer to the next highest bidder to buy if the top one falls through. His saying he would redo it again makes me very suspicious.

I don't like the way the bidding went on that one!
