HunterOS and Devil Galleries are cheating

I checked my trade DB today and 2 sites stood out as cheating - hunteros.com and devil galleries (owned by the same guy Terran).

For example look at the AOL proxies at the top of this ref stats - 150 in and 1 click - hes def cheating and there are other figures that are very obvious in the database too.

I am owner of devil-galleries_com.
I don't have proxy database in my script, script checks proxies by HTTP headers.
My internal stats shows 15% proxies.

Recently I bought huge volume of traffic and established trades with some big sites. I don't have idea why you got 150 hits in from few proxies. I noticed, sometimes I get many hits from the same IP too, but these hits go from noref trade. I have few ideas why it happens. May be somebody use bot or services like cjlog or siteadvisor_com, link-assistant_com to check my trades. But AOL proxies you got is very strange to me, I don't think that such services use AOL proxies. May be I got some bots from bought traffic or somebody cheats me.
Also I have about 30k pages at hunteros_com and google already indexed about 1900 pages. May be GoogleBot is spidering my site.
Such thing can happen to everyone.
