Someone explain to me why the hell we in the US continue to allow these Indian tribes to have reservations and be self governing? They're obviously not using them to "preserve their heritage and culture", as they were originally intended.

In case you forgot, this was thier country to begin with. If they want to have casinos and be self-governing, then let them be.

C'mon, guys... They lose their land. In other case we must give land to every fucking losers who not won the war, who was pressed out of their places... It's just human nature nothing more. You lose, you die.

I still see no reasons of having so called reservations. I am not american so I dont give advises to you how to deal with them - it's my point of view.
