questions about a members area?

what's your opinion about members area content opening in a separate, or new window?

Also, if opening it in a new window, should I make it a full size, containerless window?

Another question.. in regards to members area, should I remove address from browser toolbar when linking to it?

I think it's ok if you want to or not. As long as you have great navigation. I actually surf opening most things in new windows because I'm slightly ADD. I like to go back and forth between pages. That's just me. I would say.. don't disable right click though. I hate that! I don't want to 'save pictures'. I want to use my 'open in new window' if the mood hits me. :) Members areas that do that piss me off.

I'd use a top frame "nav bar" to keep them on your site and hide the urls.

yeah.. that was the plan til I forgot to include that nav bar on several hundred pages,, :1orglaugh but without the frames, so, I went back to main page & set those pages to open in new window.
