I had the same issue with them. I suggest you to try contact them on their live support chat (be patient and try for several hours). I am sorry but I have no better solution for you :(

Have you called them? It's the easiest way to get the issue solved

being on hold for 1 hour is a little too much, plus they probably will hung up on you in the end....

If you have your domains locked, you have to unlock them in order to renew. To them, a renewal is the same as a transfer and the renewals will fail if the domains are locked. After that it should be no problem.

Yes, but I had to be very patient with them ;) Then I moved all my domains to more reliable company - namecheap

Only 3 domains left with these cock suckers. Waiting on epp codes.
