anyone know how to setup fax via pc/online instead of phone line?

I'm wondering if there's a way for me to send outgoing faxes via my pc & dsl line rather than through a phone line. if so, please help.

hmm.. mentions about scanning to send to email, but I need to send it to a fax machine, not an email address

I used WinFaxPro.exe about 5 years ago. Tere must be something newer by now.
