I cant buy him clothes as he has his own style that noone else can buy for, same with cd's and dvds's, he only likes a certain sort. hates computers etc and video games.



I am well stuck. We spend about $20 on each other. I need ideas help please.

not really, we have been spending 20 bucks on each other since we were about 10 years old. why change things one year and make one of us uncomfortable about being short changed. keep it simple, keep it 20 bucks.

Because ten years ago $20 was worth more. It would be worth around $35-40 now. Though if he's a student, I can understand the concern.

For $20 you can buy a case of his favorite beer, a small bottle of decent liquor, his favorite CD or maybe credits to iTunes, the latest book by his favorite author, you could take him out to dinner, you could take him bowling, you could go to the pub and pay for a few rounds.
