It does look like an interesting fantasy loosley anchored in fact. Another analogy may be X-Men meet Braveheart.

I'm not big into the physically impossible, over-the-top CG stuff, but perhaps the fantasy nature will make it palatable.

Lot of people are trashing this film like they did MI3 with the tom cruise bullshit.

Now, MI3 was pure crap, so it was necessary there, but this movie is actually good imo.
