2257 Docs in Europe?
 

Yo i got some questions regarding all that doc shit going on :1orglaugh
I got some girls "in stock" wanting to act in front of the camera to do some REAL first time stuff. Since iam based in germany i wonder what docs i need to be safe from law. Is there anything the model needs to sign, beside she has no rights on the material iam producing with her?
Hell no, iam no fucking professional camera guy or photographer at all. This will be real amateur, homemade stuff. So no glamour porn at all. Just straight real fucking!

You have to have them sign a document saying they are at least 18 years old. To be sure take a photocopy/scanning of their ID (Passport etc).

Even though I also produce in Europe, I am 2257 compliant. Except I refuse to publish the models personal info on the internet. If FBI want to see it they can come to my office and see them. Its not really that big a hassel.

Also Many American webmaster, dont want to push sponsors who are not 2257 compliant.

So...
Two sorts of government issued ID, one picture. Scanning or photocopy or clear readable picture.

A picture of the girl holding these two IDs in her hands by her face. Also readable IDs

Contract signed stating she is at least 18, Real name, home address, social security number (or whatever you use in your country), birthday, stagename etc

Also give the contract a number/name matching the content so that you at any point can reffer directly to a picture or movieclip from the content made (cross reference) and wise versus.
