Nice, for the first one I would suggest the photographer/model pay more attention to the hair/ears. There is no need for her ears to always show like that, and it really takes away from things. You can have her tease the hair a bit right above her ears and then gently comb the hair on top to make it look smooth, this should help in preventing her larger ears from showing thru her hair
