Ok.. I see that this could be an innocent kid and people are over reacting.. however..

There are a lot of screwed up little kids living in screwed up households.

We were in Victoria's Secret and a little boy was standing in front of a mannequin who was only wearing a bra and panty set. This little kid spent 20 minutes suckiing and licking the panties until they were wet and had teeth marks on them. Mom and Dad were shopping near by. Holy Shit!

We were at the fair this summer, waiting in a very long line for a ride. In front of us was a mom with a brood of little kids. The smallest one, a boy, was constantly groping and pulling at the boobies and coochies of the little girls. He was all of 3. Mom kept hitting his head and calling him a PERVERT. He would not stop. It was vile.

My mom is a school nurse and says she gets kids who hump chairs, rub themselves, other kids, masturbate under desks and basically DFS will discover that older siblings or family members show them or touch them..

I went on a field trip with 1st graders and had to separate a little girl and boy because she kept putting his hand under her dress while they were watching a movie. WTF??? She kept doing it!!!

So... if this kid hugged the teacher and they freaked.. that's one thing. Most teachers aren't like that.. but there could be a problem and dad wants to point fingers away from his own house.

While i understand what your saying, there is a pretty big difference in punishments/risks.. I think they bury people up to their necks and let everyone throw stones at their head there for certain crimes.. Thats a bit crazier than punishments here ( not that sometimes you wouldnt like to see some of their style here too lol )

and theres a bit more to the story it wasnt just a hug he supposedly rubbed his face in her boobs, and thats what was inappropriate.. its obviously hard to say if it was inappropriate without being there i think , but i would be suprised a 4 year old had any idea what he was doing.. most likely the 4 year old has been watching too much mtv with dad..
