Creative Gallery Template Designer Needed

I am looking for a designer who is able to communicate site?s attitude through his/her designs. Creating a collage as a header, with masked images thought design is not enough. If you can look at the site, comprehend the theme/niche/attitude and translate that into a gallery template design ? post your best samples here please.

Not a typo. Where = location, we're = we are
