Good remedy to prevent chaffing between your thighs while on treadmill
 
Yo been back a tthe gym and spending alot of time on cardio.....

all that friction tends to cause redness and chaffing between the thighs

So i found a solution , i have A and D ointement from my tattoos and i rub it between my thighs... this solves the issue.

They make a product called BodyGlide that you can buy in those fancy shops for runners. Works like a charm, and it'll stop blisters from tight/rubby shoes too!
