Good remedy to prevent chaffing between your thighs while on treadmill
Yo been back a tthe gym and spending alot of time on cardio.....
all that friction tends to cause redness and chaffing between the thighs So i found a solution , i have A and D ointement from my tattoos and i rub it between my thighs... this solves the issue. Enjoy |

They make a product called BodyGlide that you can buy in those fancy shops for runners. Works like a charm, and it'll stop blisters from tight/rubby shoes too!

That's what the coaches gave us back in high school for Jock Itch :helpme I think they use Fish Oil to make that stuff. Beware of strange looks at the gym! :upsidedow |
