Opinion on a 2001 Mustang convertible, 3.8L V6 - good car?

A friend would like to know. And I know you're the man to ask. :thumbsup

Mechanically flawless, very well taken care of overall. Just wondering about the quality of the ride or any major flaws the car may have.

Of course, comments from other Mustang owners are welcome.
