Why must I ask...
On a Sunday night a I ask for some old refer log installs that were not done right in the first place get fixed.
The responce is that they can not get fixed now and that a support ticket must be made and that only "admins" can correct a refer log problem. Isn't 24 hour tech support supposed to be working 24 hours? |
So they "fixed" the problem early this morning NOT.
Because they didn't fix the problem live with me they screwed all four problems up but were nice enough to send me an email to tell me everything is fixed. Way to go guys. Now for round three to fix the same thing. How hard is it set up my downloadable log files and make sure they work? We are not talking rocket science here. |
