i quit smoking about 20 times today...

Don't be an idiot, man. I'm 41 years old and health problems are starting to show up from smoking... serious ones.

My mother-in-law had a heart attack the week before christmas... guess why?

Cigarettes fill your arteries up with goo that won't come out.

1. stop counting days/dates
2. once you start smoking again you go back to square one. Think about those first 2 weeks again real hard, you are just prolonging it.
oh and it's just as hard a year from now, so get used to it. Don't give up quitting! lol

Get 100s...they last longer and are the same price ;-) I just got two packs along with a bottle of bourbon after my son rear-ended someone (after he has had his license 2weeks).

im really close to either:

A: gettting off my fat ass and coming to bumfuck can-eh-duh and slapping you

B: telling someone by you to slap you

how long did you smoke for before you quit last month? i started 2 yrs ago (i'm 30...ya i know its late to start) but am planning on quiting in next few weeks...i've heard that the longer you have smoked for the harder it is to quit

i know, i dont crave cigarettes anymore, it was hard to quit but ive faced tougher things before..like quitting Speed, XTC and coke all at once...

i was smoking for 3 years.....1 month is the longest ive quit for

i quit almost 2 months ago... been drinking and partying every weekend... the cravings are totally gone... I'm not even taking the lozenges anymore... give it a shot... you can buy them from anywhere.
