When are you most productive? Morning, Noon, or Night?

When are you at your most effective? Morning, Noon, or Night?

I noticed that I achieve the most during early morning 3AM to 8AM. You?

Cyrano 01-12-2007 12:04 AM

Definitely during evening hours, I find I'm able to concentrate much better.

Spunky 01-12-2007 12:06 AM

Mid day for sure

LB-69 01-12-2007 12:07 AM

Hmm, tell you the truth its not about the timing but about the pressure. When we having a dead line coming soon, I find myself working like a dog regardless what time is it. Anyway I believe early evening is the best for me.

sicone 01-12-2007 12:07 AM

I get the most work done at night, seems to be less going on around me to distract

E$_manager 01-12-2007 07:43 AM

Midday. In the evening i want to relax.

Cyndalie 01-12-2007 07:45 AM

Mornings - the first few hours after I wake up and get started i'm most focused and able to roll. By the end of the day i end up with so much shit on my mind it's hard to concentrate on just one thing at a time.

djroof 01-12-2007 07:48 AM

night............

King Adam 01-12-2007 07:49 AM

It changes but usually from 9pm till I crash. Thats when my phone starts chillin out.

God damn NEVER!!! I'm never most productive I'm always a little productive!

Brad 01-12-2007 09:12 AM

Always been a night person. When I was in University I'd always write my essays in a 24-36 hour period. But most of the work was done once everyone was sleeping. I find that there is really nothing to distract you at 3 or 4 in the morning because the world is pretty much asleep.

Adult Search Results 01-12-2007 09:13 AM

i'd have to say noon

marko13 01-12-2007 09:14 AM

in the night....

spasmo 01-12-2007 09:14 AM

From around 4PM to midnight. Before or after that and I just tend to fuck around and get nothing done.

Precisely the same for me

martinsc 01-12-2007 09:23 AM

early morning...

Himuro 01-12-2007 09:27 AM

after a good night sleep, I am all day long, nothing stops me

spacedog 01-12-2007 09:32 AM

Since I am a family man, late nights work better for me as far as working on sites, pages, code, etc.. but for business that involves other people or companies that involve processors, content, hosting, designers, etc.. it all depends on their hours too, so, alot needs attention during daytime hours, as well as convenient hours in others timezones, etc..

this is a 24/7 job, but for me, I get most work done after 8pm when wife & child go to bed.

I agree with you on that. It's nice because the phone isn't ringing, the kids and wife are sleeping, the pets are calm, there's no interuptions at all.

AZSarah 01-12-2007 09:41 AM

I am most productive after I have had a half a pot of coffee:winkwink:
that's usually by about 10am.

tombarr 01-12-2007 09:45 AM

Laaaaaate at night. When the phones stop ringing and bad television and infomercials rule the channels.

madawgz 01-12-2007 09:46 AM

just before the sun comes up

Sosa 01-12-2007 10:39 AM

Early morning or late at night. I don't get to work as much at night these days since I'm married though.

Ronzo 01-12-2007 11:41 AM

In the morning from 6 to 11... start fading by mid-afternoon... and too many distractions at night.
