Things to do in Chicago?
I've got a 3.5 hour layover there this evening, anyone have any suggestions? I hate sitting at O'hare
Go eat. The Italian food in Chicago is some of the best Ive ever had. We were practically licking our plates everywhere we went lol.
Yep, going out to eat would be the best suggestion. There is nothing much you can accomplish in 3.5 hours there.
Go to shoping.
Eat something good........or bad!!!! I don't know what are you going to do!!!!! |
Depending on the time of day you have your lay-over, sitting in O'Hare is better than sitting in traffic. Make sure you don't miss your flight by attempting to go anywhere near downtown.
yeah def watch out for that traffic if you do take a cab etc into downtown. If I were going back I would def head to a steakhouse :) Haray Caray's because I'm a cubs fan :)
food is definitly the way to go
Bring a good book.
read a book.
I wouldn't even think about leaving O'Hare with only a 3.5 hour layover. Not nearly enough time to go anywhere or do anything cool without risking missing your flight. |
3 words...
DEEP DISH PIZZA!!!!! Enjoy! DH |
that is too little time for me to consider leaving the airport..I would go find somewhere to eat inside the airport

Having spent much time in O'Hare, they have decent dining there, and you won't miss your flight.
