To funny,Tony mentioned this in another thread, and I was honestly thinking about it just yesterday. WHAT IS the best cam out there for use right now? I've used the VX2000 sony dvd cam, and a XL1-Si. Whats the new affordable current industry standard, as I'm looking to buy something new again. :helpme

I think it's the GL-2, personally. That vidcam rules.

the hdv wars arent settled yet, so Im waiting . I have dvx100a and I like it alot
