Awesome new toy i got.

Coolest little cheap toy i got i highly recommend..

Its basically a remote controlled plugin.. its a plug you plug into any regular wall plugin and then you plug you stuff into it and you can control the plug remotely..

It comes with a small keychain thing like a cars remote alarm button.

So you can plug a power bar into it and start your whole computer system as you pull in the driveway with a flick of the remote.

I bought a dozen of them , they are cheap like $10.. they have prob had them for awhile i just never saw them.

I already had motion detecting lights around my property , but you cant set them off when your in the house so i set these up so i could.

I got them at candian tire but they prob have them at wal-mart or some store like that..

:thumbsup

If you go buy their cheap motion detecting floodlights ( 14.95 ) and an outdoor power cord/bar, you can modify the motion detectors to power the powerbar. So basically instead of floodlights the motion detector sets off a power bar so you can do all sorts of things.. I have a really long driveway so i bought those neon stringlights they look like the lights on theatre floors , and ran them down both sides . so as you go along each section the lights come on automatically and turn off after you leave. When its recently snowed it is freaking amazing.. as the whole snow glows in neon colors from underneath.

For security measure you could do lots of other things though.. ( maybe a little tape recording saying "MAW GIT THA SHOTGUN"

well true some things wont turn on automatically just because power is running to it.. but lots of things do.
