You need to fix the pics; there blurry.

yeah that is the one thing that has been picking at me about this gallery

Do you have Adobe Photoshop? Or any image editor? You need to make thumbs. Change the image size in Adobe then save as thumb1, or whatever. It looks more clean and saves on bandwidth.

your counters are way too visible and you dont have any text explaining or tempting the surfers

= bad gallery imho

yeh fix the pictures!

Take the 4th pic along on the top row and make it a big thumb that fills 4 cells combined in the top left corner. Move the first row of text to the top and make this the heading "college girls get bla bla. Make better thumbs for the remaining cells. You will be left with 2 empty cells which you can combine for the free tour graphic. Use arial size 5-6 bold for the text.

the pics are all bent and distorted. I don;t know if you're using an autogenerator on those or what, but you need to maintain your aspect ratio.....

Kman is right . you need better text to grab the surfer. this is the one thing i look at with galleries and allot of webmasters have shit text and don't write enticing text.
put a name to the girl and make up a story.

Shit like this works for me and it fuckin converts. I build galleries like this to send to my own sites like www.betrayedteens.com and the surfers just eat this crap up . Fuckin suckers , eh!

Honestly this gallery sucks
all it is good for is giving away some free pics, not making you any sales.

It is the kind of gallerys we made back in 98-99 (wich do not work anymore) .

It tells me nothing , does not make me want to click your links.

make the surfer want to click, give it more personality. Writing generic stuff like this will not get you much..talk about this girl,talk about the website,make it look like a full page add in a magazine etc...
