I got an email fro a friend who is a webmaster with SPACash. this is what he wrote:

"I am affiliate with SPACash.com. Five weeks ago I had a sale in the amount of $35.00. SPACash is ignoring my request for payment.

To receive money with SPA you must enter ?request for payment?. A page with all your personal information appeared. In the bottom of the page you must enter ?your PIN to confirm the transfer?. My computer crashed and I lost the PIN number. I sent SPA an email they wrote me back that I will receive a Telephone call shortly. They never called back and did not send the money. I sent SPA two more emails and did not receive an answer."

How long and how many emails do a poor webmaster need to wait for your respond? I will keep this thread up until someone from SPACash replies.

dude you have to know when to trash a sponsor and when not too..

First off its $35 , most sponsors dont even pay under $50

secondly they have a VERY clear payment schedule in the admin..

third they have paid me thousand of dollars on time every time , never missing a payment..

I got that call once, they do call and they do pay.

But, they suck at sales anyway.

he is owed money and they havent taken care of his request like they said they will..

i am sure though its just a miscommunication or the guys from spacash is busy in vegas? because spacash is great im sure theyll take care of you soon

Maybe they called and your friend wasnt there ..

Point being this is NOT worthy of a drama thread or trashing a sponsor..

email get lost or sent to spam folders , mistakes happen.. If it were some brand new sponsor then sure start a thread.. but this is no way to get things done ( having your "friend" start a thread asking a rep to respond about someone else's account.. )

Maybe they did contact his friend back but his friends email was down or he didnt check his spam folder. Maybe spacash contacted hm back but he forgot to inform his friend

You cant get third party info and take it at face value , even if the person is tryng to help.. to many blank questions.

unless you have access to your friend email server for the last 3 weeks and know it hasnt had a lick of downtime then your friend needs to start this thread not you..

I realise your trying to help but this isnt helping you.... let your friend start a thread.. then bump it as a concerned affiliate..

This is not the show 24, or so conspiracy If you call someone and he is not there. Leave a message. Very simple. there are no hidden agendas.

heres a tip instead of being someone donkey why not send your "friend" here or have them contact the support that was live at the time you posted this and available to talk with a simple click of the button they could have fixed your friends mistake that he made causing him to be unable to pickup his funds due to his ineptness.

i once losted my pin with spacash, they have ICQ contact, contacted them, the chick there called me and i got a new PIN. Did he at least tried to contact them ? They have always support online, tell your friend to take his head of his ass and msg them before bitching on boards
