Setting Up Web Cam Chats

Hi

I want to introduce Web Cam Chats in my sologirl members area's. I need some advise if there is any specilist software or service that I should look into.

I just want to be able to let my solo girls arrange their web cam sessions and run it them selves without having a tech guy around.
