Wicked has some fine ass box over there... I would be "inspecting" their records too if I was federali!!!

BSleazy 01-24-2007 08:59 PM

These inspections don't sound to horrible anymore. As long as the inspected have there shit in order.

I guess it's an everyday occurance now getting inspected :upsidedow

I'm curious to know how many secondary producers have been inspected (and only secondary, not people who are primary and secondary).

it seems like the focus is LA. These guys are just doing their job which they probably wished they were doing something better.

DaddyHalbucks 01-24-2007 09:59 PM

I guess it is becoming routine now. I guess it's OK. The FBI is just doing their job.

RawAlex 01-24-2007 10:09 PM

Once everyone got over the idea of it being a "raid" and more about being a normal part of business, then the flames got turned down. This is the sort of thing that the FBI should have been doing since 1995, and then we would not be facing the current useless increase in rules.

When they start doing web online companies outside of porn valley, then it will be news.

Rochard 01-24-2007 10:52 PM

It is becoming routine. I'm sure the FBI inspects records of dozens of mainstream companies a day; It's surely not front page news.

Fizzgig 01-24-2007 11:53 PM

As long as they don't start persecuting people on technicalites and stick to the spirit of the law, it's not a bad thing; they're helping prevent CP.

Wait until they start knocking on webmasters doors, all HELL is gonna break loose.

I've seen how the pro studios keep records, and I've seen how some internet companies keep records... oh man, gonna be some wake up calls if they shift to looking into online companies.
