FTP, HTTP:, Torrent etc? |
Sounds like your Fetzer Valve is stuck. Get a #23 Sizeman socket wrench and tighten it to .03 microjules.

From what you said it sounds more like a problem with your Internet connection. Need more info like noted above. What's your connection type/settings?

HTTP...i dont have any trouble with FTP. It doesnt matter if it's a movie files wmv avi etc...any type of file will do it. it just downloads like 20,30,60% and just stops. im on cable btw |
sounds like your connection is timing out with out going over how to use regedit to fix this and maybe causing more problems...
I think IE7 caused the problem, have you tried using System Restore back to a time with the machine was working correctly? if you can't dp that try downloading the WinsockXPFix tool to your desktop from the link below... and once it's there, run it. http://www.iup.edu/house/resnet/winfix.shtm Hope this helps. |

(JK.... don't do that!) Go to www.download.com and search for "Download manager" |
My ISP used to change my freakin' IP lease every 15 minutes and if my download didn't finish then I'd lose it. SUCKED.
