Last time they got my order wrong the chick handed me the wrong bag in the waiting bay. She told me to keep it, then went back in. 5 mins later she reappeared and apologised again, handed me the bag with the correct order and said she'd also added another burger because I had to wait. I don't even like Maccas that much, it was supposed to be a quick pick-me-up on the way home, but I ended up with 3 or 4 burgers. :1orglaugh

McDonalds here (at least in my local area) now has-

1. Drive-thru two way intercom with a screen showing your order
2. A window where you pay
3. A window where you pick up your order

You used to order at point #2, not sure why they changed it. It's hard to believe someone is sincerely wishing you a nice day when they're busy taking someone's order as they gather your change!
