mac users: anyone using transit 3.2.1

im having problem using my transit client since i changed the preferences a few weeks ago. when im uploading files i need to setup the permission for every folder etc. its quite annoying. before i doesn't need to do that. anyone have an idea how to rest my preferences to the default settings or maybe could help me fix my settings hehe

setting in the transfer tab

when an item is already exsist...

downloading files: try to resume transfer
downloading folders: ask me what to do
uploading files: ask me what to do
uploading folders: ask me what to do

queue: use queue for all transfers (unchecked)
maximum queue connections (2)

i remember i changed something on this part

options

beep when transfers complete (unchecked)
open files after downloading (unchecked)
use fetch cursor compatibility mode (unchecked)
set permission on upload (unchecked)

do i need to set permission on default?

when i check on it and click "edit"

the default extensions are

default permission: 644
cgi permission: 755
pl permission: 755

anyone? :P

The only thing I can see that would affect this is the "set permissions on upload". This is unchecked by default. If your FTP server is configured strangely or you are looking for some non-standard permissions you might want to enable it.

I'm using 3.5.5 which actually has a default setting for files and another for folders. Strange that yours doesn't have that as you would typically set these differently.
