How is the situation on the market today? Is there a place for newcomers or the TGPs are strictly "partners only" nowadays?

I need to put a few galleries up and I was wondering if using an autosubmitter like Chameleon would be a good thing or not.

if you submit every day in chameleon with no PA's you will get 2-3 signups a month.
