Does your income keep rising?

Hi
Does your income (from porn or online advertising etc) keep rising? Or has it hit a point where it has stopped? Or fallen?
At the moment im steadily rising. Don't want it to stop (or fall...:o)
:)

EscortBiz 02-04-2007 11:44 PM

its so so i mean not here not there if you look at it from a different point of view its the same way as looking back and trying to see into the future but at the same time month to month is not something thats too forward thinking it has to do with how the annual overall satistics as well.

hope this gives you a detailed look into my financial situation

Fap 02-04-2007 11:54 PM

I think income only raises, even if is slow. Because i dont think sites really become less popular, just more.. except ebaum

DateDoc 02-04-2007 11:54 PM

Summers always slow down for me but since day 1 I have never had a month do worse than it did the previous year. January was a record month for me all time and it looks like Feb may come close to beating it although it is only 28 days long. Pushing dating and having VDay in Feb sure does help.

When i started in this bus 6-7 years ago and look at my all time stats, yes my income is definetely rising.

madawgz 02-05-2007 12:03 AM

kowalsky 02-05-2007 12:21 AM

spasmo 02-05-2007 12:22 AM

Absolutely. You do use revshare when appropriate, right? :winkwink:

BAKO 02-05-2007 12:23 AM

every Minute passes by it goes up

96ukssob 02-05-2007 12:23 AM

mine has gone up and up, but not at the same rate as when i first started

Boobs 02-05-2007 12:27 AM

if its not rising then you are doing something wrong and should stop now :2 cents:

germ 02-05-2007 12:32 AM

absolutely

geedub 02-05-2007 01:12 AM

seems to be a little bit every month for 2 years steadily now

polish_aristocrat 07-01-2007 03:28 AM

Angry Jew Cat - Banned for Life 07-01-2007 03:42 AM

i've been slowly rising as i go, it's up a little every month. but as i'm sure a lot of people can tell, my effort isn't huge. june was the first month my online income (outside design work that is) broke $1000, which isn't too bad in my books. only took me 7 months to get here...

Farang 07-01-2007 03:43 AM

rising... every year :thumbsup

cosis 07-01-2007 03:43 AM

weird thing, traffic went down but income went up

rowan 07-01-2007 05:45 AM

My USD income is consistently rising, but once it's converted to my local currency it's been fairly static due to currency conversion losses (AUD getting stronger/USD getting weaker)

$USD1000 in 2001 = $AUD2083
$USD1000 in 2007 = $AUD1176

It's getting close to a 50% hit.

scouser 07-01-2007 03:25 PM

That was a bit of a bump for this thread ;)

Mr. Cool Ice 07-01-2007 03:41 PM

mine doubles about every 6 months.

How many sites do you own, and what is the link?

phasic 07-01-2007 04:44 PM

Kinda like a rollercoaster for me, I have shit that goes up and down, very few that steadily increase.

wyldblyss 07-01-2007 05:09 PM

It goes in cycles depending what projects I am focusing on. Over the past 3 years, income has gone through the roof way beyond what I expected. I am actually at the point where I am passing on guaranteed high-margin projects because there is so much going on.

I think one of the keys is to reinvest profits while keeping your personal liabilities low. This way you can give yourself a time horizon rather than busting your fucking ass so you can make mortgage/car/credit card payments for each month.

As for adult, beats me, I'm 100% mainstream.

neewwman 07-01-2007 08:25 PM

The webmaster business is like a sewer --
what you get out of it depends on what you put into it.

I have a full time profession so I only do my sites part time. My income started slipping from January-March, I put in a lot of work in April and now June was my biggest month of the year.

shekinah 07-01-2007 11:16 PM

Not at all times;(

porntertainment 07-01-2007 11:22 PM

Nope, it's been consistently $0 for a while now. :thumbsup

4Pics 07-01-2007 11:45 PM

I think your income is related to how much effort you put into it.

Spunky 07-01-2007 11:49 PM

Yes indeed..growing

Nah, with time it should become easier and easier, so with the same effort you should make more and more...
