need help opening an epassporte account
 

A friend wants an epassporte account which he cannot open because he does not have a CC.

Would someone with the business account help him out on this? Ill pay you for the fees through my account.

Do you have credit card?Beacuse then you can open account for yourself and gift him account.No need for biz account.
