How do they make money off this?

They dont take money from this.They simply cheat people by selling bad hosting.

It's Servage, you'll be lucky is the server is even stable enough to upload your site.

I can put a server on my home Fiber line and sell one million gigs of traffic for $5.

Here's what a fellow webmaster received from them 2 days after bringing his site online:

Why do idiots insist on pushing servage and dreamhost on this forum, every time somebody asks for a host these two come up. There is a reason it's cheap, and no they haven't found a way of purchasing the BW 10 times cheaper than other hosts.
