heard of it before, never tried it though...why would you stuff 2 animals inside another animal?
|
I think its spelled Turducken. John Madden talks about it around Thanksgiving every year.
Never actually tried it, but there are recipes on the net. Here's a picture: http://www.sirlunchalot.com/Turducken-thumb.jpg ADG Webmaster |

It looks kinda fowl (ha ha) but it's actually very good. I had it for the first time this past Thanksgiving. GREAT flavor. |

i have never had it, but would like to try it.

i heard ozzy bites a turducken's head off every thanksgiving...
|
It's a Cajun thing, always wanted to order one, never have.
|
I prefer Hicken. It's a redneck thing :pimp
Seriously though, it's a chicken breast stuffed with italian pork sausage. Done on a BBQ is the best unless you get really drunk. Then it's Hicken Chips hehe ... almost as good but hard on the teeth. |
Isn't there a town in the states actually called Turducken that was named after this foul monstrosity?
|
I did that for my family last year for Thanksgiving, it was amazing
