Adbrite/AVNads
 

Unless I'm going blind, it looks like a topic in which I was critical of Adbrite/AVNads this morning has been deleted. This is a shame because it would have been interesting to hear their response, or learn if other people had similar problems.

So if there's anyone out there from AVN, could you explain:

1. Why you sit on publisher's money for up to 90 days.
2. Why you don't appear to publish the commission you take.
3. Why there doesn't appear to be any out of hours support at all.
4. Why ad zones regularly seem to disappear for hours on end, only for support to email back three days later to say there's no problem.
5. Why half my ad zone at http://pandemos.net/tgp/ is an empty box (and why support considers "we were able to see the AdZone on the left" an adequate response to that issue).
6. Why, for most of the past week, only five of my active ads are being displayed when there are ten running.

I'm really willing to hear I'm wrong on these issues or there are perfectly reasonable explanations, but they're all things I've tried to raise through your support system in the past and none of them have been addressed.
