AEBN.COM is ripping off my tgp/mgp traffic again !
 

I am really mad after checking out my tgp/mgp theaters at my associate AEBN.com webmaster page, to select a few theaters to post, but when I clicked on the tgp/mgp pictures of my tgp/mgp being provided; it redirected me to another URL that is owned by AEBN or a related company.

Now I had checked out if such had my associate info within the URL of such webpages; I had found that there was another persons AEBN account number showing where mine should have been...

This is considered to be click fraud...

So if anyone is using AEBN.com as an associate program... I would suggest checking out your pictures in your tgp/mgp galleries by clicking on them. Such will have in the status bar the name of the video, however when you click on such picture you don't get the mpg video, but rather you are redirected !!!

Check and see if you are being a victim of click fraud by AEBN.com

I am sick of AEBN's lip service !!! and I don't what to hear any more BS ...

I would post such links, but it seems to be all of my tgp/mgp galleries...

I find it a bit funny that AEBN.COM, keeps allowing for tgp/mgp traffic to just wonder off... to another sites owned by them or their friends sites, with little or nothing to do with the associate program, then back to a landing page.

I have been watching this go on for a long time. :(

They say that they use cookies for tracking, however, from personal experience... they are very lax about their linking policies... and there are continual technical issues... but no one to blame !!!

If you have an AEBN.COM account, the Shemp, then it would be easier for your to just check our your tgp/mgp links from time to time... nothing lost...

Its like AEBN.COM is skimming off the tgp/mgp pictures that web surfers would click to view the tgp/mgp movies. Do they have a php script for this purpose ???

Click on your picture within your tgp/mgp gallery, do you see a mpeg movie playing or downloading to your computer... or is your graphical hyper link being redirected... { I have check your picture link and I was redirected... to a landing page by AEBN, however, there are from what I have counted within the last few hours at least two different web pages that do not link to a counted landing page or to a mpeg video of the associate...

Perhaps I got it wrong, but I always thought when a person posts a tgp/mgp that the video clips are to be made available...

i see a perfectly fine gallery, where all the links work, the videos play, and if the surfer wants to see more, he will go to one of my AEBN theaters...

try contacting them direct they are good peeps and im sure they will help!

I think you may have an infected computer, because all of the shemp links work fine for me.... movies go to movies, and when I click a link it goes to his custom theater. Am I missing something?

I think you have some spyware installed on your pc.....

But even so, its strange that he would get redirected to another aebn site..

I have tested Internet Explorer and the links seem to work fine.

But

The Firefox web browser will redirect you !!!!

This is NOT right... and has to be made to do such by AEBN.COM

Does this mean AEBN.COM tracking cookies don't track right and that AEBN's associates are loosing out on their valuable traffic ????

I would like to know what other main browsers are being redirected !!!

I'm from Canada and although it took way too long to load - I did get the movies (clicked all of them) then I even clicked on his theatre.

It went where it had to.

I think boneprone is correct, perhaps you are (or your IP is) from a non-billable country?

I see them everywhere - the movies load fine too and all links go where they have to.

Are all the movies being redirected? Can you copy the link to the movie that redirects you please?

It works just fine under IE. The movie plays just fine...

My browser is in English with no spyware etc... My system is clean...

I'm going to remove Firefox... download another copy and see if that helps.

Actually I just wanted to test the video link you were clicking. Perhaps there's some additional character causing it to redirect?

On my end everything works fine.

your HOSTS file probably has redirects, but its clean for me here also

I have re installed Firefox, and tried again with no luck...

Left click on your mouse select Copy link location to note pad.

I can't be the only person going through this...

try another PC.. its you man, you have some sneaky ass spyware..

check C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\ directory for HOSTS file it might be hidden.. open it and it should only have a uncomment line that says "127.0.0.1 localhost" if it has anything else paste it here.

riddler, nothing past local host, as you have pointed out, also I have done a scan before of my system and once again now just to make sure.

Just how much traffic is AEBN.COM getting from this "small" bug ???

I have re installed Firefox and I had this problem for a long time using Firefox.

I have done what you have suggested, but no change...

freeadultvideoclip.com whois reveals aebn,i think its an issue on their turn that affects a % of surfers for some reason. If it was a trojan it would point elsewhere.

Under Both Firefox and IE I get a blank screen.

ok that's the correct thing to show up and doesnt appear to be a dns issue. Honestly I don't think its a malicious attempt for the simple reason this is VERY untargetted traffic and landing page is extremely bad. Normally companies like aebn have more to lose than gain from these issues.

Contact them with the mentioned specs and they'll fix it pretty fast.

These guys are "Pros" ???
 

Mr Soul_Rebel, I would agree with you normally, however AEBN.COM AND XP**PS, "hahahahahaha", has pissed of many people with their lack or technical knowledge... having their servers down more time then up !

I have noticed that associate pages of mine were linked off to other associate accounts... AEBN keeps on telling everyone that they use cookies for tracking and that every click is counted, but I know better then that... however there seem to be way too many grey areas that any qualified webmaster could have fixed within a reasonable time frame... and it seems to me and a lot of people that this company is doing nothing about it hoping for "scraps" of traffic from their thousands of associates accounts...

You still have not posted any of the links that you say are being redirected.

Please post links that are not working for you. I tested The Shemp's gallery, and I would like to test yours. (Thanks The Shemp)

Please post the web site where your links are displayed as well.

Please post or ICQ me with your AEBN affiliate ID.

AEBN does not skim affiliate traffic.

We do not redirect browsers based on language settings (to the best of my knowledge) except to the same destination displaying the supported language on the website. We sure as hell don't redirect Canadian surfers. I have no idea why we would ever redirect to freeadultvideoclip.com. We don't even redirect 404s! http://www.smutnetwork.com/hehaheha.htm - We want webmasters to know if their links are messed up.

Please post what I've asked for.
