I was on hold for 45 minutes yesterday with my ISP, and it wasn't even outsourced (probably the reason I had to wait for 45 minutes before anyone even answered).

I like it when they can barely speak English but their name is "John". I lived between two Chinese brothers and they renamed themselves Ed and Edwin, not realizing Ed was a nickname for Edwin :)
