Message:
On February 21, 2007 ICANN finally did something they had previously claimed
they couldn't do.

ICANN's Senior Vice President, Services, Kurt J. Pritz issued an official
Notice of Breach of ICANN Registrar Accreditation Agreement to Registerfly
that they have 15 working days to cure the numerous breaches that have been
going on for a long time.
