24 Hour Technical Support - Does this mean...
Submit a ticket, and 24 hours later, you get a response?

No names, but so far, every ticket I submit takes approximately 24 hours to get a response back.

I don't believe that is the intent with most companies, but there is an exception to every rule.

I know, I've been through that. The best is companies who's business is to support your business which of course runs 24/7, but they have support hours from 10-6 or something like that. Nice try with that one.
