Kastle Archives Official Re-launch (and *new* reseller program!)

Established in 1999 - award-winning Kastle Archives is proud to announce the official re-launch of the site on new Canadian servers. We've completely overhauled the entire site from the ground up while updating it with all-new graphics, layout and content.

KastleArchives.com

And for the first time in eight years we've also started a new 50/50 webmaster reseller program.

Affiliate program

Kastle Archives showcases the world's largest ongoing series of BDSM/fetish fantasy photoart illustrations (over 6,000 images) combined with our uniquely original bondage photography production. Awarded 'Best Bondage Photoartist 2003' as voted by fans at the annual SIGNY Bondage Awards, Kastle Archives has long been a fixture in the BDSM/fetish community and gained a reputation for high quality imagery and imaginative illustrations.

We invite everyone to check us out - and consider signing up as affiliates.

Couple questions.

Why didn't you go with CCBill??? Not really jazzed about signing up under verotel.

Is there a leak free tour?

CCBill has clamped down far more than Verotel on acceptable content involving BDSM. A lot of bondage colleagues have shared many stories of rather bad experiences with CCBill on various forums.

If by "leaks" you're referring to the small affiliate links at the bottom of the page....no.

We've had a VERY long personal and business affiliation with Kink.com and Insex (now Hardtied) - both allow us the use of their original content in our fantasy illustrations and in turn we reciprocate with top-level link placement.

Good luck with it man

Ok.. be aware that's going to severly limit the number of affiliates you get.

Very few affiliates are going to want to send traffic to a site that thens filters that traffic off thru the links page and also earns the owner money thru those other links. Build a seperate tour for affiliates to send traffic to that doesn't have all that stuff while keeping your "main" site the same.

Remains to be seen. As it stands, CCBill has a very inconsistent and whimsical acceptable content policy that we're simply not willing to accept. Verotel provides us with more latitude. If that limits our affiliates in any way, so be it. I'd sooner have less affiliates while maintaining our ability to produce the content our paying customers want than consider CCBill as a billing option.

We may consider a separate tour in the future - but for now its not in the works.

Jace 03-09-2007 09:58 PM

dude, just make a copy of all the files of your tour, put them in a directory called /tour2/ or /t2/, then remove all the traffic leaks from the tour and assign that as the AFFILIATE TOUR in ccbill

there, a second tour for ONLY affiliate promotions, that your partners won't get upset because the only people seeing that tour are affiliates and their customers

it would take 10 minutes

seriously, I have done it 20 times...just duplicate the one you have now, remove the leaks, throw it in a new directory on the server, and set ccbill to that directory

Jace 03-09-2007 10:00 PM

oh BTW...haha...CONGRATS! everything looks great man!

your shit is so dope, I wish I had the locations and skills you do

If this is your idea of how to win friends and influence people, you have some serious deficiencies in your business skills.

Jimmer 03-10-2007 09:49 AM

Congrats Silent Knight. I've seen his skills from the beginning and I know that his site is tops. Signing up right now!

Jace - I'll give your advice and suggestions some more thought and consideration. As always I respect your opinions and insight.

Great work. I am going to promote that on one of my blogs. I dont have that sort of traffic, but you never know.

a little kink from time to time is good for everyone.

My perspective is - around the time I was video editor for Canada's largest adult video distributor - junior was hittin' puberty.

Its just a 23-yr-old tail trying to wag a 43-yr-old dawg.

Quite simply - if you don't want to sign up as an affiliate, fine. Your choice. But to consistently follow my threads and post nothing but denegrating personal insults and calling me "dense" just denotes his lack of life experience.

if you need ANY help just give me the word, I will walk you through it :)

Jace 03-10-2007 04:10 PM

Whatever grandpa..... I needed sites to promote on my fetish network...i know ur photos will convert nicely but I wont send to a leakish site... trying to help you stay with the times here... has nothing to do with life experience... just web experience...

And if you were still shooting we could have done some nice collabos... if you feel that these comments are "denegrating" (I dont think thats even a word)...but its gfy take it as you see it
