I got one when they first came out... occasionally freezes.
And I dropped it a couple times so now everytime I set the phone down on its back or just lightly tap the back of it, it turns itself off. Other than that its cool.

ive head mine since july of last year. i love it, no complaints. best pda i've ever had.

I got one about 6 months ago ...it's "ok". Not really crazy about windows mobile.

I have one and I like it but a few complaints. Battery life leaves something to be desired and it stalls sometimes. Also, when I updated it with the DST patch it runs real slow now. :(

Get the Seido super exteded battery (3100) it extends the life 3x's the original battery life. Was a lifesaver when i got mine, now i can use it for heavy web use and it never dies.

BTW if you get the white screen or it locks on you update the firmware on it, if that doesnt work bring it back to verizon and they will give you a new one.

Thanks for the tip. I will look into getting that. This is my third Q for one reason or another in less than 3 months. Some my fault, some Verizons. Hopefully this one will stick.
