as i was in the sell and buy forum I notice a thread to www.getdistracted.com/forum

My question is

is it illegal to share full porn videos on a forum?

is it illegal to share porn pics on a forum?

They also share porn password on that forum.

I have read from a federal rule that forum owners can not be liable for what their users post -

but if you have sections setup as porn pics, movies, and passwords aren't you inducing them to post those items? and thereby making you liable?

but i always wonder the legalities of such matter because the success of mega upload and others: sorry to ask but I do thank you for your time.

You can use a bogus email to sign up and get access to the 'locked' forums with the content. You can download the latest scanned playboy mags etc. no need to pay for porn anymore.
