Buy CO2 quotas, so companies can't buy them, the prices will rise and they have to figure out a cheaper way by no polluting :thumbsup :thumbsup

I was thinking the same, but its still innovative :)

CO2 trading is the biggest bullshit in the world. It doesn't change the environment one iota, rather it gives heavy polluters the chance to wrap themselves in the cloak of green, all the while doing what they have always done, pollute.

net net, there is still the same amount of shit going into the air, just someone paid to not feel so guilty about it.

The total amount is lowered with quotas. If two factories polluted the amount of 200, they can now pollute, lets say 180. They can buy quotas from each other, but not more than 180 will get out.
If private persons buy quotas, they have to pollute less, or find alternative ways :)
